Privacy and data boundaries.
This page explains what the 3MF to STL converter handles locally, what this website records, and how optional feedback and advertising data are treated.
01
Model files stay in your browser
3MF files are read and converted on your device. The converter does not upload model bytes, file names, geometry, parts or generated STL files to this server. Files and generated downloads are held in browser memory for the current tab and are released when you clear them or close the page.
02
Feedback is optional
If you send feedback, only the message, selected category and optional reply email are sent to the site operator. Model files and file names are not attached automatically. Do not include passwords, private model details or other confidential information. Feedback is stored privately for up to 90 days; the IP address is used temporarily for abuse prevention and is not stored with the message.
03
Ordinary server requests
Hosting infrastructure records ordinary requests for pages and static resources, including request metadata needed for delivery and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to reconstruct the contents or names of models processed in your browser.
04
Advertising and consent
The production site may use Google AdSense and a Google consent-management message. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, device information and page-level information to measure and personalize advertising where consent is required. Model data is not sent to advertising services. Where a consent message appears, use its controls to accept or reject optional processing and to change your choice later.

05
Third-party resources and use
The local interface uses fixed, same-origin distributions of fflate, xmldom and Three.js. Their licenses are published with the site. Only convert models you have permission to use. This independent tool is not affiliated with the 3MF Consortium or any slicer vendor, and conversion does not certify printability.
